Return policy.
As mentioned in our terms and conditions you have the right to return an online purchased product within 7 working days. The product is returned in the original packaging and shows no sign of use or damaging. After acceptance by us, Hydrotense Europe will reimburse you within 10 working days. Cost of return transportation is payed for by the customer.
Delivery costs
Prices mentioned in the shop are without delivery costs. These costs are dependant on your choice of delivery. Possibilities are:
Roadtransport in EU countries
- 0 - 10 Kg, € 15,--
- 10 - 30 Kg, € 35,--
- 30 Kg or more, dependant on weight and size with a maximum of € 150,--
The delivery costs are visible at "check out"
Discounts
If you are registered with us as a professional (reseller, plumber, OEM) your are entitled to a discount. The discount is subtracted automatically during "check out".
Present discount 15%
To apply for a registration as "professional", please send us an e-mail with your business number and applicable VAT number. (harry.oosterbeek@hydrotense.eu).
Payment:
The following payment methods are accepted (your choice at "check out":
- PayPal with your credit card or your PayPal account.
- On invoice if you are a registered professional customer and completed your first delivered and payed for order (payment terms 30 days net, plus € 15,-- administration costs).
- Pre-payment with cheque or transfer to our bank account.
